6/10/2010 = lost 1 lb ( yey, but a crap start, but its a start )
13/10/2010 = lost 6 lbs ( 3.2kgs lighter, soo happy, what a great boost.)
20/10/2010 = Lost 2lbs (1kg is a bag of sugar!)
28/10/2010 = lost 1 and half lbs
3/11/2010 = near enough stayed the same 0.4kg on, just under a pound
10/11/2010 = Put on second week running, 0.2 kg on this week. had my thyroid tested.
17/11/2010 = lost 2 kg`s this week. but tested positive for hypothyroid.
24/11/2010 = put 1 kg on . oops
2/12/2010= lost 2 kg`s (4 pounds)
9/12/2010 = put on 1kg- cant seem to stop the cravings. need to get focused

2011

20/1/2011 = lost 1kg.
20/2/2011 = need to restart. have gone off the rails. next weigh in 23/2

06/09/2011= start today, next week first weigh in
12/09/2011= lost 5 lbs, 2 and half kgs. woohoo great start
